• กรอกเอกสารสมัคร  เพื่อขอเปิดเครดิตที่ บริษัท กำหนด  
• Fill out the application form to open a credit line as specified by the company.
• ต้องเป็นลูกค้าที่เคยสั่งซื้อสินค้ามากกว่า 1ครั้งก่อนขอเปิด,   หรือเหตุผลอื่นๆที่เซล์รับรองเปิดให้
• Must be a customer who has ordered products more than once before requesting to open, or other reasons that the salesperson confirms to open.
• เอกสารที่ต้องเตรียมให้เราหลังกรอก Online  / Documents to prepare. Give us after filling out online.

                      - เอกสารกรรมการผู้มีอำนาจลงนามหรือผู้รับมอบอำนาจ,   ( กรณีนิติบุคล )  /  Documents of authorized signatory or attorney (in the case of a juristic person)

                       - สำเนาหนังสือรับรองบริษัทที่สำเนาไม่เกิน 3 เดือน /  A copy of the company certificate that is not older than 3 months.

                       -  สำเนา ภพ. 20 ( เอกสารรับรองการจดทะเบียนภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม ) Copy of Form Por. 20 (Value Added Tax Registration Certificate)

                       -  สำเนาบัตรประชาชน / สำเนาหนังสือเดินทางของกรรมการผู้มีอำนาจลงนามหรือผู้รับมอบอำนาจ /  Copy of the national ID card / copy of the passport of the authorized signatory or the authorized representative

                        - เซ็นต์เอกสารทุกหน้าและประทับตราสำคัญตามข้อกกำหนดในหนังสือรับรอง บริษัท  / - Sign every page of the document and stamp it according to the requirements in the company certificate.
