1. Ready to work: :
Find out whether the actuators used with the unit are normally open or normally closed.
The simple way is to watch the unit's shutdown: normally open for a while and then stop; normally closed for natural shutdown.
2. Stand-alone use :
The outer trimmer potentiometer is in the middle position.
Idle speed and running potentiometer: forward rotation is the speed increase and reverse rotation is the decrease speed.
Idle speed is 600 ~ 800 rpm. It can be lower on hot days and higher on cold days. No-load is generally 1538 ~ 1545 rpm (51.3 ~ 51.5Hz), and the rated load is 1500 rpm (50.0Hz).
Speed regulating potentiometer: reverse rotation is small (hard), and forward rotation is large (soft). Usually at 0-1.5 divisions.
Single machine 0 ~ 1.0 grid, parallel machine 1.0 ~ 1.5 grid, small machine can be harder, large machine should be softer.
Gain potentiometer: Fast forward rotation response and good backward rotation stability. Generally at 60-70, if the unit vibrates during use, it should be reversed. If the reaction is too slow during loading / unloading, it should be rotated. Example: Generally, the adjustment rate should be set to 0 ~ 2.5%. The adjustment steps are as follows:
- The preset "adjust rate" is at 1.0 division. (High power unit is at 1.2 grid)
- Drive, warm up for 3 minutes at idle, adjust "Run" to 1538 ~ 1545 rpm
- Plus rated load, At this time, if the speed is lower than 1538 rpm, the "regulation rate" is reversed by about 2 divisions. Above 1545 rpm, the "regulation rate" will be rotated half a division.
- Take off the load to see the no-load, adjust the "fine adjustment" to 1500 ± 5 rpm
